I found “myself”, the big stuff anyway,  a long time ago……but having a partner to share love with is a very good feeling and I am not making a pun either, I mean that in the deepest sense.

The trip continues on this anniversary…

We are both so busy that often it’s but a weekend trip to the store together but we do it holding hands. Our lives are an adventure and I am blessed to share it with someone I love and admire so much.

It makes me smile,
thinking about you two,
cruising down the coast,
holding hands,
in the Cadillac…

^^^ thankfully the caddy needs some work and we are cruising in the old diesel dodge pickup :) more my speed than that boat .

The trip continues and so do the adventures. We have been married three years today ( but together much longer)  and I feel like the luckiest person. We have each other’s back and we both have Baldy’s back ;)

This may not belong here on the forum, so I have been told, but this has been my “community” for over a decade and I have shared my fun, my gear, my diy, my opinions on just about everything so why not a small tribute on love and partnership.
We still hold hands as we walk and what is sweeter than that.

Hi Katt, I haven’t been on this site for quite sometime, probably since 2014 when I broke my ankle doing my favorite hike “Rae Lakes Loop”. I’m happy that you found someone to spend the rest of your life with, congratulations, enjoy and be happy, life and love are a precious thing. Maybe the old gang can make another trip to Rae Lakes before we’re all to old to do it. lol
