Ethically and environmentally speaking, I think the cetaceans have already done a better job. Too bad they don't have the weaponry to hold us off.

It's more than just the Sierra. Lake Mead supplies southern CA, AZ, and Las Vegas with water from mostly CO and UT.

I remember when the levels at Lake Powell upstream started dropping about 10 years ago. It might be a problem for boaters and spring break revelers at Laughlin, NV.
