    I think GGG promotes a lot of products that before would have been promoted on BPL. While it encourages new industries, it stifles customer support. While I can go to the individual websites and get red instead of blue, I can only truly get custom if they have a box to check. There’s no longer that personal touch.

    GGG is providing exposure for small cottage makers, as well as availability of products that are not always readily available. The difference can be several months.

    Interesting interview.  Yeah, the definition of a cottage business is pretty broad.  My 2 cents.
