Looks like a pretty complete and light weight gear list Mike. Unless you use your buff around your neck, you might consider a sun hat with more sun protection for your neck, or simply add a bandanna. Also consider a pack cover (light trash bag) and pack liner (trash compactor bag) even if you take an umbrella. Curious to see what others say about your Clothes Carried, but you might consider skipping the base layer bottoms during July and August, then adding them back along with a light fleece pullover for WA state in Sep/Oct. You might also consider some potentially helpful items in your first aid and repair kit, such as small tweezers, razor blade, blister preventative, 2 spare CR2032 batteries, Xlite repair kit, etc., plus backup paper maps if your iPhone dies.

You could probably do fine with a lighter stove/pot and a lighter pillow if you wanted to shave a few ounces.

Get rid of the camp clothes, if you’re worried about being cold then consider a warmer bag. 1lb is a lot for camp clothes. If you’re worried about your bag getting dirty, get a cocoon UL silk liner.

And I don’t see a pack liner or any stuff sacks/ziplocks?

That was my favorite item in the desert. The smell makes me nostalgic.

Was hoping tenacious tape would cover potential repair needs.
What kind of stuff for blister prevention?

Best blister prevention is any zinc oxide athletic tape. Most prefer leukotape.

I only carried duct tape, a little tenacious tape, and a needle. My floss was my thread.

I had a carbon fiber stay snap at the Terminus. Used a tent stake and duct tape for the repair, no problems. I guess I could’ve used tenacious tape but the duct tape seemed stronger.
