Washington is a relatively new home after moving from Colorado in 2010. Colorado was my base for climbing, hiking and photo trips across the US and abroad. In between exploring Colorado’s and Wyoming’s many mountains, rock walls and ice falls, I was blessed to take part in several self-guided climbing trips to Peru, Chile, Alaska, the Canadian Rockies and to Washington’s Cascades. After moving to WA, I discovered light-weight backpacking and my eyes were opened to a whole new way to enjoy the outdoors.
