Try Bearpaw Wilderness Designs they have done custom projects in the past.  One of their stock offerings may be a close enough match for your Deschutes clone.

Yeah I’m not wanting from Bear Paw; and their sil is way heavier and more expensive than SMD.

What kind of time frame are you looking for? I made a Cuben tent with a similar design and still have my templates. I might be able to help you out but it might take me a month to get it done as I have a lot going on right now. Feel free to check out photos of my design. Note that I have no idea how it stacks up with a deschutes in terms of dimensions as I drew this up myself based on what I wanted. I did take inspiration from the deschutes design but didn’t aim to make an exact clone.

I have worked with the .93 silpoly quite a bit so I’m comfortable working with it. Albeit it’s slippery as snot and can be tough but it’s nice material.
