Please go to the Gear section to read my thread on using diffusers with liquid fuel stoves for baking and simmering.

(It would be SO nice if somebody found a way to regulate the combustion from ESBIT tablets. But that’s asking a lot.)

The reason I posted here on COOKING was to get some more input from people who may not have seen my GEAR forum post.
Your monitoring of my posts is interesting – to say the least.
Controlling the heat output of Esbit is easy to do, just do a search. Â I’ve been able to burn Esbit for ~50 minutes for dry baking and it puts out about 100 watts.
