Osprey Talon 33. Full featured, comfortable, adjustable torso height, 2 lbs. No metal frame, but the back panel has enough stiffness. Osprey’s load range is 20-30 lbs. I’ve used it on 2 and 3-night trips and was happy with it.
With respect to the OP, why is this important? If you have a pack to carry stuff for 3-7 days, why would you need a separate pack for an overnighter? Heck, you could probably use a grocery bag for an overnighter. My 2 cents.
