No, it was not on time – it was early! It shipped on 22-May. Should land in Tacoma around 6-June and in Bozeman around 10-June, sort and inspect 10-13 June, start shipping pre-orders 14-June.

Ryan, now that we have the Cocoon update, how's the Arctic Drypack timeline looking?

(and incidentally, how is the ankle?)

A first batch of Arctic Packs should arrive in Bozeman early next week. Most of the pre-orders can be filled from this batch. A few of the stragglers will be filled in the next batch of packs, which are due in two weeks or so.

Ankle: hurts. I'm on day 23 since surgery and hobbling in a walking boot. Been weight-bearing for 10 days. Start 'real' physical therapy and get out of the boot in another 3 weeks. Surgery went well, I'll post more at my blog in the next few days.
