Not much gets through the skin Kevin. All I do is wipe it down with a cloth and use as normal (in my bivi).

Fabric, webbing and buckles arrived last night. Buckles seem very secure on the webbing, but the existing straps I have seem rather too large, so may have to make my own :-(

I know that I'll faff about with ideas for ages before I get around to cutting fabric; the bivvy tent has been in gestation for five years…
