Thanks for the reply. I figured there was some protein, but 10 % is pretty good.

Well, when all is said and done, I do like a hot beverage on a cold morning, but who knows maybe I'll give this a try in the summer. Thanks again.

Thanks for all the wood stove suggestions, guys. I actually made one of the variations this winter (I think Brian Barnes' model? with quart and pint can), but performance wasn't all the glory I hear from BB users. I'll toy with it some more; maybe some more ventilation at the bottom, maybe some user learning curve in just how the firebox likes to be loaded…
