Thanks all, for the feed back on the fishing pole attachment, I'll go foward with it as more than a personal project.

As for daggers, and spears, thats so last century. Soon you will be able to couple a Wilderness-Solutions shock controller to your AGPs for 10000 volts of the ultimate in trail defense and survival. Tired of those dangerous chipmunks loitering and looking for handouts in the camp grounds? Well no more, just zap-em. Lost in the woods? Starving to death next to a stream full of fish? No fishing skills? No problem, The shocka 2008 doubles as an electro-shock fishing device. Just place the tip in the water, flip the switch, and dinner is served. Slow hiking partner?

Brett

We may well have told you no, I could not find the email, but thats no surprise, not exactly my "department". I can say with confidence that it can be done. We can do them at 135cm at no extra cost, but possibly a longer wait. 140cm can be done for an extra $15 and a little longer wait depending on where we are at in manufacture. Sorry about the confusion, We are not always on the same page here at TiGoat.

"A bang stick attachment for bigger game?? ;-)"

I dont know how much bigger you are talking, but I have built a custom .22 cal rifle that only weighs a pound and breaks down for packing. And after all the previous musings, I have to laugh at myself a bit, because the thought had crossed my mind, if only briefly, to incorporate it into my trekking pole.

I got my titanium goat adjustable poles and I am so glad I waited, they are awesome. I did a 26 miler over the weekend on the Pinhoti trail and twisted my knee by stepping on some rocks hidden beneath the leaves. I was able to put a majority of my weight on the superlight poles to take the pressure off my knee. I was suprised that they were able to support most of my weight and not break.

Reading Josh's comments about his Zap-O-Matic Gizmo, I think that he would make an even better minister for the environment than the one we have now

Hi Josh,

Any update on the availability of the fishing attachment and have you field tested the spinning setup yet?

Thanks,
nia
