Okay, now that I have my hands on some of this (my first Cuben purchase ever) – what to do, what to do…? Stuff sacks for my quilt, etc., maybe a MYOG version of the Zpacks multi-pack, or maybe a day pack. Any other ideas? I’m assuming it’s a bit light to make a pack bag to attach to my LuxuryLite frame – any opinions on that? It wouldn’t have to stand up to a bear canister, since that rides outside the pack bag, just the rest of my gear.
Any other ideas?
- SUL 25L backpack (little more than a stuff sack with shoulder straps and draw cord).
- SUL food hang bag.
- Shoulder strap pockets, waist belt pockets.
- Waterproof socks (why not?).
ooooooh drawstring backpack sounds fun.
Mine arrived today. This is the first time I’ve seen the raw edge on DCF. Dang the laminate (Mylar? I forgot already) is thin.
