As I said today in a post of my own:

I’m not receiving any notifications of PMs (Yahoo mail address), and when replying to a PM I’m unable to attach a photo (the Source box comes up without a “browse” to click on).

Also some of the time when I try to reply to a PM the Visual/Text icons don’t even appear above the box where I type in text (B, I, “, etc).

We think we have it fixed. I just sent PMs to Sharon, Dirtbag, Jerry, Doug, DK, and Mark. Did you get notification emails?

I see that Mark, Dirtbag & Doug  got email notifications.

Reviving an old thread.

I see in prior posts that the issue was fixed, but I have not received email notifications about PM’s for the last couple of years.

I also see no options to actually change in the “email notifications” setting.

Any advice?

Hi Ben. I just tested PMs using accounts with both admin and member permissions. I received email notifications right away. I have PM’ed people and received responses from them in the last few days and I presume they saw the email notifications.

The most likely reason you are not receiving email notifications of PMs is either spam filtering or that you need to update your email address. You can update the latter by going to your profile and then settings. You can enter your current password then change your email address. If you have trouble with that hit the green chat bubble in the corner which will start a helpdesk ticket. If the green chat bubble isn’t showing you should disable the content filtering / adblocker which may be misinterpreting our help function as an advertisement. Hope that helps!
