That looks really good!
No doubt it tastes great, awesome easy recipe.
Top it all with the remaining mozzarella and pepperoni plus the parmesan cheese, put the lid on the pot, and put back on low heat for a couple of minutes until the cheese on top melts into a glorious, gooey mess.
Was it easy to clean the pot??? :-)
The pot cleaned surprisingly easy, but my spoon was another story :)
I am going to play this with this one. Looks really good.
