Wow, Ken with the Ice-T reference. Props.
That tent looks like one of those old tube tents. Those actually look like an ok design but I’m guessing I’d feel differently if I used one.
I have probably more than a hundred nights in those old orange plastic tube tents…..great memories.

Must have been a horrendous condensation trap – did you not get soaked?
It wasn’t too bad if you didn’t close the ends up when the wind and rain got bad. The mosquitos on the other hand were pretty bad with the open ends. We usually had those coils you lit burning at each end to keep them away or at least cut down on them.  Sleeping out is much more comfortable now.
