Missed my point about the temperature. And it’s an important one. As far as I can see, the battery does not have a thermal shutoff. So, if, for example, you wrapped the battery in closed cell foam to protect it and use it to charge your phone at 2amps, it will get dangerously hot. Even in the winter, if it’s packed deep in your bag in some fluffy clothing, using it to charge your phone, I wouldn’t be surprised if it got hot enough to cause some damage.
I use the battery just as a power bank, not inside a device. So initially I wrapped it with some cushy bicycle grip tape. While discharging, it quickly got hot enough to melt the adhesive. So I made a simpler, removable sleeve.
