A Friday in April – probably the busiest time entering Grand Canyon NP. Looking at that webcam I find myself musing over what Edward Abbey would say.
I can’t recall. Was Ed Abbey in support of on-foot entry only or was he okay with horseback.
Too scary.
The good news is that only 0.8% of visitors actual go below the rim for a night. That does not count the rim to rim people who never actually see the canyon.
