I think maybe the organic food category has been captured by the corporate “food” manufacturers. They grow food in ways that meets the requirements of certification but isn’t that much better.
Growing your own food is good. I’m a little behind right now because I have a new house and other more pressing projects like the aluminum wiring.Aug 19, 2019 at 5:25 pm #3606748BC BobBPL Member

Amen, brother! John McDougall and TC Campbell couldn’t have said it any better. I would add, explicitly: Stop eating animals and animal excretions. It’s bad for you; it’s bad for the animals and it’s bad for the planet.
John McDougall? TC Campbell? Sticking the the Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) theme…
Of the dozens of WFPB podcasts I’ve listened to, these are some of the best. All are also available for download on iTunes.
