I’ve had one for years, my favorite stove. I learned the hard way you can’t cook in it, but Jetboil graciously replaced the original pot with a new one. Mine keeps chugging along, and no other canister stove I’ve used works as well or as easily.

I keep an eye out for them, and very rarely a JB Ti will come up for sale. Here’s one that ended today on ebay. I’m 100% positive, good stove though it is, I’d never spend $500 for one!

WTF?!

The Alu pot isn’t that much heavier and the heat exchanger fins don’t detach from the pot. I used a Sol Ti with Ruta Locura’s mods until the fins disintegrated, then bought a cheap Alu pot replacement. Love that it fits two 110g canisters. Each canister lasts almost 2 weeks for just heating water for dinners.

Well, and original, sealed iPhone just auctioned for $63,000.  I wonder what teh survival rate of the Ti Sol was?  Buy a sealed Ti Sol as an investment in your 401k.
