I hope I’m not alone in the frustration of searching for UL sandals where I can find weights for size 12 or 13 (depending on brand) instead of only finding spec weights for a size 9 and trying to guess from there. Seriously, how is a size 9 on mens considered the benchmark size?
I have scoured these forums and read many threads. I think the thing for me is, I am looking for a sandal style similar to Teva, Chacos, Luna, etc. I am NOT looking for an aqua sock or anything that is closed in (no CROCS either).
I know I’m being picky as I only want to buy once. This sandal will be used as a camp shoe and stream crossing shoe.
I have a pair of Xeroshoes Amuri Z-treks and they come in at 15.8 ounces for the pair. I would like to find something that comes in under 10 ounces for the pair together.
Thanks for any assistance. It’s greatly appreciated.
