Hey all,
I’ve been using a tent the last few years (Big Agnes Fly creek 1) and it has bern super awesome in many weather conditions, also pretty brainless/stressfree. I’m looking at doing some desert stuff though next year, maybe even another thru. Somewhere I can cowboy camp a lot more than the AT. So for shelter when it’s needed it seems like a good bet. And of course I don’t mind to cut weight :)
Are there some resources and recommendations out there that you can point me to, both on learning to tarp effectively and deciding what type to get…or make? Thanks all.
