Seeing the new Mini 2 brought up one of my Mini Original frustrations. Can’t remember which button is which while facing the screen, and the tiny gray icons are almost invisible.
Fixed the problem using a Brother P-touch labeler and some scissors:
Not pretty, but much easier to see. Probably will work on the Mini 2, too.

Still rocking the classis InReach SE from before DeLorme was acquired by Garmin.
Gotta say though, the screen on the Mini 2 sure does look nice.
I had to cover the SOS button with a piece of cardboard and tape, because it actually got activated by accident inside by carry-on bag flying from DTW to a layover in Texas. Fortunately, they saw that I was in an airplane terminal and figured it highly unlikely that I actually needed an SAR response and kept trying to reach my cell phone, which I answered as I was walking off the jetway.
