I did get a FM French press. It’s more like making cowboy coffee. First attempt, I heated the water, added coffee and had a boil over. I got “smart” after that and added the grounds first. Notice I put “smart” in parentheses 😦.

I got this bright idea to push the screen down while it was cooking. In effect, I made a pressure cooker, and you’re right, the lid doesn’t hold. Luckily I shut my eyes . Now I sit here with a red face. Partly from embarrassment. On the upside, I finally got a hot cup of coffee.
