    @rgriffin

    I have been using a granite gear blaze 60L this winter and enjoying it. Previously was trying to use a crown2 60L, but the tight side pockets and weight limit of 30lbs were pushing it when stuffed with winter down gear. I very much like the huge side pockets for storing a nalgene in an insulated, and all of the compression straps on the blaze for winter loads. Summer pack is a Kakwa 40L for reference, I am liking this 2 pack combo, which seems to cover my use case well (southern IN, occasional winter trips to MI).

    Felt the need to bring this back around to BackpackingLIGHT.  Kidding!

    Here is the 3rd pack LiteAF ever made – my 38L winter pack – in action on a 3 night 4 day 36 mile snowshoe trip in the UP of Michigan.  I was warm-ish with temps 18 to -14 F over the course of the trip.
