I HAVE FIXED THE LEAKS ON 5 OLD BIG AGNES AIR PADS SUCCESSFULLY WITH RETAIL BOTTLES OF FAST CURE SEAM SEALANT. ONCE I FIND THE HOLES UNDERWATER IN THE BATHTUB THIS STUFF WORKS GREAT.
I STILL HAVE 6 MORE BA AIRÂ PADS TO FIX. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE DIY BULK QUANTITIES? OF THE FAST CURE SEAM SEALANT?

Oct 8, 2019 at 5:56 am #3613026- Assuming these are pinhole leaks, for which BA pads are notorious, best way to repair is to send them in for replacement (for which, BA customer service is legendary).

Oct 8, 2019 at 11:58 pm #3613103I TURN 70 IN A FEW MONTHS AND OFF AND ON FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS HAVE HAD CONTINUING HEALTH PROBLEMS, SHORT PERIODS OF HEATH WHERE I GET TO GET OUT TO THE DEER LEASE OR SLEEP OUT IN THE BACK YARD. DEER LEASE TEMPS. OVER A YEAR BETWEEN 110 F AND -15 F. BEFORE WINDCHILL.
PRIOR TO 10 YEARS AGO I HAD 8 OR 10 DIFFERENT BA BAGS WITH THEIR OWN PADS STASHED AROUND. MOST BA PADS 10+ YEARS OLD.
HEALTH GREATLY IMPROVED & I STARTED REPAIRING THE MANY/MANY BA PAD PIN HOLE LEAKS WITH FAST CURE SEAM SEALER FOR THE HECK OF IT ONE WEEKEND. THEY ARE PRETTY DARN FIRM OVERÂ A WEEK BLOWN UP AS HARD AS POSSIBLE & I HAVE SLEPT ON ONE IN THE HOUSE ON THE FLOOR OVER A WEEK AND STILL GOOD. ACTUALLY, KIND OF FUN.
