Ryan, or anyone else – what do you do with the guts of the trout up there? Bury it all?

I’m wondering if the bears are drawn to the smell of fish – what kind of specific thing do you do differently to be sure to leave little/no trace of the delicious meals you’ve had when you catch, kill and eat trout up there?

Adam, I leave the fish guts in the water. If its a crowded lake and you dont want to disturb other people with the sight of fish guts, I suppose you could throw them far into the lake. I figure that other things in the water will consume the guts. I would rather not have animals digging up fish guts and making a mess of the ground.
