I have a Snow Peak Trek 1400 pot w/fry pan-lid. I used the fry pan once to cook a fish. It’s lightly “buckled”… wondering if there’s a way to flatten it out?

I would email the company. Shouldn’t buckle unless you heated it up then poured water on it.
Dan Y posted about this in the past, something heating up to a red heat to allow the metal to relax
I think it was “heat to red hot and then plunge onto an ice block” . Spitballing here.

My experience with relaxing internal stresses in metal is by annealing, where you heat to maybe 10-15 degrees below melting temperature then let the piece slowly air cool. The temperature depends on the metal. A decent rule of thumb for steel & titanium is red hot, but aluminum will melt before it ever glows. If you want to anneal aluminum a low tech trick to check the temperature is to put a penny in with whatever you’re heating, because the penny is 98% zinc and slumps/melts at just the right temperature to anneal aluminum.
I always thought annealing was a slow cool though we used to anneal copper exhaust gaskets by quenching so titanium may be different too.
Titanium comes in different grades, and mostly is alloyed with something else, so its qualities vary a lot.
It does not anneal like Aluminium, and some Titanium alloys cool down very quick so it’s likely to be a difficult task.
You ought to have the right facilities, and to make a suitable “drift” to push the entire circular area back in place onto a heat-resistant flat surface.
