Cancelling membership?

This might be a bit off-topic( although somehow related imho) but does anyone know why it’s so difficult to disable third-party cookie tracking on this website? I’m using incognito mode to avoid it, but it means I have to log in every time. It doesn’t seem like a very mountain-lover user friendly, approach to me. Am I missing something?

That said, I don’t have any problems using Safari. I’m pretty sure that both Safari and Firefox have not allowed any 3rd party cookies for years.

Top left…click on 3 dashes

click on Contact/support

click on subscription/ membership orders

click on “ how do I turn off membership Auto renew/cancel my membership”

look for and click on “ Mobile users click this link to access billing settings directly”

should put you on the page to cancel your subscription

I just cancelled my membership after noticing I was billed on my credit card statement. Most other subscriptions notify me before my annual recurring bill, and I wasn’t notified here. I found that kind of frustrating.

Hi Anna. We have logged the issue and are investigating. Members should be receiving renewal emails. Thanks for the heads-up.
