My GF and I are headed to the Lost Coast trail (North California coast) with our 2 dogs (65lbs each) , and are wondering if anyone else is headed up & interested in helping with a shuttle, or in carpooling from San Francisco.
We are planning to leave SF Friday night, and return Monday night.

2.5 days for a LC through, and a shuttle. You are not giving yourself much time. Tides are in your favor at least.
Do you have a shuttle at this point?
Me, I'd skip the shuttle and do an out and back from Mattole.
