So Mr. Klontz's resume is REI store manager, except for a short tenure as a director at GoLite when they went belly up. The article says they were a victim of the economic downturn. No, they were the victim of poor management.

The new company will raise capital via a Colorado only (avoids federal requirements) crowd funding DPO.
