There's some really excellent shots here. What kind of camera do you use?

Hey Tom, A 4.7oz Canon PowerShot Elph 130IS. It really works great and holds a charge for over 7 days.

Wow! That little critter really punches above its weight, which is barely over half
that of my Nikon P310. I guess it helps that you know how to use it, too. :)

Nice pics Jay, thanks for sharing.

I see from your 6th pic that you passed Jen on the trail…..

That's not Jen, dummy! That is Phatt Phredd. I'd recognize him anywhere; we used to hang out on the warm rocks by the outlet of upper Sphinx Lake and watch the sunset together.

Jay,
I'm late to commenting on this thread since I was getting on the trail in Yosemite just as you were finishing. Great photos…always nice to see it through others' eyes. It would have been nice to actually cross paths with you after "getting to know you" through BPL over the years.
Tom

I haven't gotten around to writing my trip report, but here are a few photos that you might recognize.

Approaching Cathedral Peak/Lake

Banner Peak

Camp at Guitar Lake

Tom,

Glad to hear you finally made it out to the Sierra. Looking forward to your trip report.
