Anyone have a good string of LED lights that doesn't weigh much? I don't know if these even exist… but given that the new Big Agnes tents have them, I was wondering if they come as a separate gig from somewhere.

In my dreams, it's USB-rechargeable and under a few ounces.

Any ideas?

The lights sold for floral arrangements are pretty slick. Just check my wife's favorite for use in center peices. It measures 48" with 18 LEDs. With two alkaline AA batts it weighs right around 2.5oz. It's not amazingly bright but in a dark tent would give a fair bit of light. They sell them at most craft stores or very similar ones can be bought as Christmas lights. I think my wife even has a Halloween set.

Edit to say, they're usually pretty cheap too. Like less than five bucks cheap.

…especially not the new multicolored ones, which apparently have some defect that makes them all turn permanently red after an interval of their own choosing.

Nor are the UL, nor USB rechargeable.
