Hey guys. Currently in Australia, about to head over to Europe. I'm looking at this Aussie website, and I found this:

http://www.backpackinglight.com.au/store/toaks-titanium-cookset-with-stove/dp/8469

This looks to be practically the same set sold by litetrail. Comes in at 3.6oz without the spork (which I don't need). Is this set made of the same materials as the Litetrail one? In the pictures, all the parts look the exact same.. just branded differently. Also no stuff sack included in the Aussie one.

Thanks for that. The pot in this set is 13 grams (0.4 oz) heavier. Bummer! Guess it's practically nothing, and the wait on the Litetrails look to be a looooong time ATM.

Is there any reason the Toaks one is $40 cheaper than the Litetrail? I mean, why is the Litetrail set spoken about a lot but the Toaks one is only .4 oz heavier and $40 cheaper and I never really hear about it?

Litetrail includes a cuben fiber stuff sack and they grind the ti wing a bit so the mug sits on it better. $40 is roughly 10 gallons in fuel which is about 250 miles in my wife's car or 190 in mine which would get me to a trailhead for a weekend backpacking trip vs .4oz does little to get me into the spreadsheet hall of fame here on BPL.

I have the Litetrail version and I think it's great.
