Inflatable Snowshoes?

Has anyone seen these "Small Foot" brand inflatable snowshoes? from the website, it appears they are serious gear, and not a toy. I should make clear I have no affiliation. I don't even think I want a pair, but it certainly ingenious. Anyone here know any more about these?

Something about crampons next to something that can go POP! doesn't appeal. Toward the end of a day of snowshoeing fatigue sets in and snowshoes much narrower than those start to overlap when I'm not giving them my full attention.

Although I would love to see a video of someone schuessing down a slope on a pair once the crampons are removed.

So http://www.airlitesnowshoe.com claims to have invented these. They've got nothing on the bulgarians in terms of website design though. Think, 1997. Anyway, here's the picture. $220 for a set and they claim to be very, very puncture resistant
