Is there a alternative for the syringe for the Sawyer Squeeze to backflush it? maybe something that uses another of the bags that comes with it?

If you have a Squeeze with male threads, and a male to female convertor, then you could use a soda or water bottle.
I've had better luck backflushing with a Platy soft bottle fitted with the pop-up type spout than with the syringe Sawyer gives you. And the Platy is way more volume than the syringe so you can flush more, no need to re-fill the syringe for several flushes.
