I'd like to buy some trash compactor bags online to use as a pack liner for my ULA Circuit. Does anyone have a specific brand and good size for a ULA Circuit ?

Trash compactor bags are one size. Hefty ones come in a small 5 pack. You should also look at Nylofume bags. I've used both. The Nylofume ones are lighter, plenty durable . The white of the compactor bags does make it easy to see what is in there. With the compactor bags make sure you buy unscented.
I think these are the ones that have the Mike Clelland seal of approval. LOL

These pretty much fill my ULA p2 (think this is the ancient predecessor to the circuit)about 45-50 L with room to spare. At least for all the items you want to be waterproof.
Smart and Final is where I bought mine. I've forgotten the price but I don't think I'll need another box for several years and they were cheap enough.
Smart and Final is the only place local to me that has the non-scented compactor bags. If you hike in bear country, non-scented is the only way to go.
Fred Meyer here in the PNW has unscented compactor bags. They are owned by Kroger, so maybe a Kroger-brand store would have some.
