Content Solicitation – 100 Mile Classics

We are soliciting articles for a new series called “Century Classics: The World’s Greatest 100 Mile Backpacking Routes”.

Here’s the skinny:

* Pick a route that you have completed (or nearly so!). Your article should include photos of your experiences on this route.
* The route distance must be a minimum of 100 miles, but should not be so long so that it can’t be done without a resupply with lightweight gear (it should generally be less than 200 miles, but we’ll consider exceptions).
* Include the basics of travel logistics to and from the area, contact info for your favorite bulk/dry food and gear supply stores near the route, special restrictions/land management agency concerns (including camping and permitting regulations), and other info that can help people plan to do this route.

These routes should be destination worthy! Make us yearn to visit your favorite places and complete a Century Backpacking Trek of a Lifetime there!
