Still looking for a hiking partner up here in real Northern California (not the Bay Area), Humboldt County. I live in Fortuna wich is a little south of Eureka and we have plenty of backpacking opportunities available. The King Range, Lost Coast, Trinity Alps, Redwoods galore, Six Rivers National Forest, etc…
I am recouping from a ligament tear so my mileage is down ,but thats just temporary. Pack weight is down and that is here to stay! So come north and take it in.
