OP reads like someone who's angry and anxious to put a business in a bad light — likely without thinking it all through — then does so by quoting piecemeal — and when he realizes said business has actually accumulated tons of customer goodwill — decides to high tail it….

I think we've permanently resurrected it. Not what I had in mind…

I purchased a pullover from Tom in 2009. He has been very responding. Later I contacted him by email a couple time, making inquiries about other items. He got back to me within 36 hours.
