Assuming one, thin polyester base layer, what is the range of lower temperatures for sewn-through sleeping bags? At some temperature, any sewn-through bag would leak too much warmth through the uninsulated seams.
I recently acquired a nicely overstuffed bag with sewn-through seams. The bag has great loft, but is likely not as warm as a thinner bag with baffles at the seams.
I'm also looking at summer and 3-season hammock underquilts, some with and some without seam baffles.
