Me too. We're on our second little girl and the stuff is nasty. I've often wondered if taste buds don't develop until around one year old.
Blegh! Just thinking of adding formula to instant potatoes makes me nauseous.

Shelf life unopened is 1-2 years, how long does it last once it's opened?
Keep it in your frig once you open it. I keep mine maybe 6 months then toss. Probably it goes longer but usually I have nearly used it up by then :)
