I'm not affiliated with this at all but I thought it could have potential for certain scenarios.
A 1.4 L cook pot that generates electricity from any heat source to power multiple usb devices. At 12oz it's a bit heavy for solo use but for groups, winter, or base camps maybe it could have some real value? For Third World and emergency purposes it seems pretty intriguing.
I preordered the Biolite and paid for it last week. I did the Kickstarter thing for the Power Pot and they both came available about the same time. Sometime next week I will probably get these. Will see how they work out.

The Bio Lite will ship in early June. Not sure about the Power Pot.
