"I'm amazed what they can make for $25."

No kidding!

What is even more amazing is that includes profit for every one involved in the chain as well as shipping from China!

If anyone gets one, take a close look and see if you can find a tag that says: "Another fine product of Gulag #6" :)

I wonder why California requires them to tell you that it will turn you into a mutant (prop 65 warning), but not tell you where its made?

On a more serious note, I know a couple of people that hike with Dogs that might be able to use an inexpensive disposable shelter for short trips. I have a friend whose dog destroyed the floor of a $300 tent, and it didn't even rain on that trip.

Wow, another Clip Flashlight variation. Personally I wouldn't buy a tent that cheap, unless it really is for one time use. Better for two people to split the weight of something like a ALPS Mountaineering Zephyr/Zenith 2 or 3 which can be found for under $100 and is of pretty good quality.

You all mock but seem to have missed reading the Specification tab, notably these ones:

Peak Height (ft.): 36
Product Length (ft.): 82

Note: "ft"

Maybe I'm easily impressed but a 36 foot high by 82 foot long tent for $25 is a spectacular feat of engineering prowess and manufacturing efficiency.

Henry,

Thanks for reading the fine print. It is more amazing than I thought.

They should go into the circus tent business.

48" and 2 lbs.

For $24.99, wow is right.

The one review on the site said the user had a lot of condensation at the foot of the tent. User error?
