Yes sir. I've hiked and ran that thing 4 times in the past 4 days. Up Nightbird, around the loop, down Cedar, back up Cedar, around the loop, down Nightbird.
It's a great place to train. If you ever see a guy with Pacer Poles and a Vapor Trail, stop and say hi.

I'm in westminster, and may just check that out today…30 min drive to the TH from my apt
It's worth doing, nickoli. What's unique about it in Jeffco Open Space is that the whole park is hikers only.
Very nice! And great photos, too, as always.
Can't look at them too long, though… living here in Tokyo and seeing where you live would just about make my hiking gear curl up with envy!
