5th Annual Gathering of Gear Geeks input

The timing worked great this year for me to bring my son. Anywhere before mid march is good due to kids' baseball and softball schedules that get busy then, but I'd really be fine with it all the way through April. Last week of March or first week of April is spring break for the kids so no baseball then either, though we are sometimes out of town then too, so who knows.

Anyway, whatever date you pick, I'll try to make it work, and I'll drag along any willing family members.

It sounded like you had some good ideas for the next GGG when we spoke last, so I'm looking forward to it. (our CO move is officially a no-go)

I'd be up for the holiday weekend again this year as there is a trip that I'd like to do in the park on Sunday/Monday.

I'm leaning that way too Jack. Could I talk you into bringing your bow drill for a fire starting demo?

If we do President's Day weekend again next year. That would make it the 16-18th of Feb. With my wedding anniversary on the 21st. I'm good as long as those two don't overlap. I'd hate to miss my anniversary.

Why not bring your wife?
Perhaps a romantic vacation after the GGG on the way home to the "Redwood Curtain"
