Is there any setting for showing all pages in a thread as a default instead of constantly having to click "Show All" … ? Any feedback appreciated. :)

It is always my first click on the screen. I love this idea.
Needs to be an and/or choice. Just think of how many pages the carbon flame war has. Sure that is an extreme case, but still.
Be careful what you wish for here. You might just get it.
Haha. Yeah, the carbon thread is pretty out of control …. one option might be to have the ability to set how many threads per page you prefer, so that way you get more than currently offered if you want it, say 50, but won't get 5000 if you want to read a harmonious and lighthearted chat about global warming. haha. :)
