Everyone seems to have at least one non-ultralight luxury item. For some it is the sleeping pad, others it's a backpack that just fits really well. Just curious what luxury or non-ultralight stuff people are splurging on.

Mini speakers for my IPOD and BEER!!!
101 Wild Turkey, and a 5.4 oz. 10 L. solar shower bag (multi-use: water carrier, washing dishes-hands-whole body, and for campfire security).
I'm not an ultralighter by any means – but outside of my pack the heaviest item I have is an Exped Synmat 7 DLX that weighs around 39 oz. That is my must have – I don't care how great I feel on the trail – if I don't sleep good it wasn't worth it.
Mike
+1 on the beer! A 24oz Modelo, or two.
A good book.
Mike and Ike candy…got to have it!
I bring a book.
But I never read it.
A good knife
Sleeping in a hammock over dwelling on the ground. Doubles my sleeping shelter weight, but I'm alright with that for a good night of sleep.
Beer and reading material.
Inflatable doll that doubles as my air mattress.
R value, por favor?
Male or female? :X
Imagine the woman that has to buy an inflatable doll. On second thought, DON'T imagine that girl.
sort of begs the question as to the 'valve stem' to inflate….uughh..it's late.
Very packable — hardly takes up any pack space — and light too!

NEO air, Digital thermometer.
OK Ben, so you went to bed, then came back and had a pic of an inflatable doll?
I'm watching it right now. Just saying.
ETA – Back on topic. I carry a 1.3oz pillow by KookaBay.
Jeff:
It helps me sleep better. :)
OK boys…let's redirect back to the original question? :P
Luxury item(s): Exped 7 down pad and french pressed coffee.
Depending on length of trip, my libation of choice: Zinfandel with 85% dark chocolate or Tequila.
Cheers!…no pun.
A LOT of beef jerky, whiskey, one of those thermarest roll up pillows (best freakin pillow ever, except for the 8-10oz penalty)
A watermelon.
How about a 10×7" 1.6 oz Fresnel lens that doubles as a frame sheet :)
