Between this $30 patagonia R1 and all the extra GoLite reed's on blowout prices for sizes XL and XXL, i'd say the big guys are doing pretty fine for themselves compared to us little guys!

i just got two larges for $54 shipped. one for me, one potentially for my buddy, but if he flakes, i can probably sell the spare on craigslist easily.

can this really be true? I see the large available too…good deal, no? if it doesnt fit, do you think I have a good chance to resell it? I might be a medium…thanks~

wtf, i add to cart, and the price jumps up to 125. Anyone else having this prob? Its doing it for all sizes

edit: bah! they were transferring in new stock, so a few of you guys were able to slip through the gates before the system could adjust the price back to normal msrp. I was somewhere in the middle, where it still said $30 for my size, but 125 in the cart. My search continues… :(

i just talked to them and they refused to process my order. she offered me a 15% discount on the regularly priced $100 pullover.

screw moosejaw. im never ordering from them again…

if you ordered these from moosejaw, they are probably going to cancel your order.

they started off by telling me that they didn't have any larges in stock, then i said that their website showed two different colors in stock. They then told me that what they had in stock was impossible to discount down to $30. i even called back and talked to a manager, and he gave me a run around.

if anyone gets a shipping confirmation on these, you are extremely lucky…

Nope they did the same thing to me. After working for the outdoor industry for years nothing ever changes.

They rarely have really good deals on anything, that I've seen. Except the once a year Western Mountaineering closeout.

Yep, I got the cancellation as expected.

Ordered an XL last night with out a problem. Got an email this morning that the item was not available and they could not get any more in. Of course, it is still on their site for $125…

It was all strategy to get you to do an awww shucks and buy the full price one at the 15% off because hey it's better than nothing right?

I agree with the comments about how crappy MJ is getting. 2 years ago i was outfitting for Rainier and mountaineering in general, and did all my purchases from MJ. Never a hiccup when it came to price matching and discounts and anything else. Since then ive seen their website gone to hell (their search function is very inconsistent), constant arguments as to why they won't price match for an item i want, and then fiascos like the one we just saw in this thread. Last month, i ordered a small item from them that was in stock at the time I ordered. They didnt ship the thing for a month so I inquired. They never told me or emailed me to say that the item was actually backordered, though they website said otherwise. It looked like they didn't have any plans to tell me either, if it werent for me inquiring first. So I complained and asked for a shipping upgrade when it finally did ship, and how i was planning on using the item for a trip which had since passed (and this was the truth), and they more or less just said too bad, but heres a 15% coupon code, as if it were something exclusive that I couldn't find online. total BS.

Im starting to prefer backcountryoutlet for sweet deals, and more recently, campsaver
