Does anyone know of a source of stretchable binding tape to be used on jacket cuffs or waterbottle pockets on a pack?

Thanks for the info. Do you know if that binding tape is 5/8" wide or 1 5/8" wide?

it's 1 5/8" wide, but you will be folding it in half.
